Warranty:
All Lii Song drivers have a lifetime warranty. Finished speakers have a one-year warranty.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not include regular wear and tear or physical damage.
Customers should contact Lii Song Canada at warranty@lii-song.ca and include as much detail as possible about the issue. After troubleshooting the problem with the customer, if the product is deemed to have quality failure, the customer can send the product back to us for a replacement. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty.
Returns:
All Lii Song products have a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery. If the drivers are in good condition, they may be returned to us for a refund, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Once received by Lie Song Canada and the product is verified to be I good condition, the refund will be processed.
To initiate the return, please pack the product well (ideally in its original packaging) and send to Lii Song Canada at the address which will be provided. Photos of the product should be included to document its condition prior to returning.
In general, refunds are issued within four business days after receipt of returned product at Lii Song Canada, however this timeline could be delayed for various reasons such as a required technical evaluation.
